Concern
Dryness and dullness
Dryness is a lack of oil, dehydration is a lack of water, and dullness is usually the surface being rough enough to scatter light instead of reflecting it. They feel similar and they are not the same, which is why one routine does not fix all three.
Treatments for this
Compare your options
A 50-minute treatment covering analysis, cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, LED, boosters and SPF.
Controlled micro-injury that triggers your own repair response, paired with exosomes, PRP or a biphasic peel.

Dullness is the easiest thing on this site to improve and the hardest to keep. A single treatment can have skin reflecting light properly again within a day, which is why these are the appointments people book before an event. Holding it is a routine rather than an appointment.
This is also the concern where what you do at home matters most relative to what happens in the room. Cleansing less aggressively, a moisturizer that actually suits your skin, and daily sun protection will outperform any single treatment over the course of a year.
If your skin is genuinely dry rather than dehydrated, treatments that exfoliate can make it feel worse before it feels better. Say which one it feels like at your consultation, because it changes what is recommended.

Questions
What is the difference between dry and dehydrated?
Dry skin is short on oil and tends to be that way permanently. Dehydrated skin is short on water and can happen to anyone, including oily skin, often temporarily. They need different things, and treating dehydration as if it were dryness is why some people find rich creams do nothing.
How long does the glow last?
Days to a couple of weeks from a single treatment, depending on which one and on what you do afterwards. It is the most immediately rewarding category here and the least durable.
Can I do this the day before an event?
Some of them, yes, which is unusual on this site. The treatments with no downtime are the ones that can be done close to the day. The ones that resurface cannot. The downtime column in the table above is the thing to read.
